A long hard day at work. You get home and need dinner. Nothing in the fridge, nothing in the cupboard. Take-out again. The wallet just won’t comply much longer.
Re-wind.
A long hard day at work (sorry can’t help with that one). You get home and mmmm, what is that aroma? Dinner! Smells delicious, your mouth is watering.
And no you didn’t go to the wrong home and no you are not dreaming. You arranged all this, in a few minutes this morning.
What I won the lotto and hired a personal chef?
Well no, not exactly - you got a Crock Pot. A Crock Pot? Yep, it’s a cooker that cooks your food over a slow heat. Put it on in the morning and dinner is ready at night.
Don’t think you’ve got time in the morning. Well you will be pleasantly surprised how quick it can be. Chuck in some veggies (frozen or pre-cut if really short on time), throw some meat on top, pour in a sauce, put on the lid and turn it on low. That’s it.
It truly is that easy. And the aroma of dinner when you walk in the door at night, it is sensational - better than any take out.

The Black Russian Terrier is a breed that was “engineered” by the Russians shortly after world War II for the specific purpose of producing a strong, fearless and hardy working dog that could withstand the rigors of the cold Russian winter and would be a strong and formidable protector. The “Red Star” kennels, a state owned and operated kennel, was the name of the government kennel of the Soviet Union whose function was to produce the necessary dogs needed for the military and other important functions. The basic “ingredients” for the working dog they were attempting to produce were the Giant Schnauzer of Germany, (already a favorite in Russia), the Rottweiler, the Airedale Terrier, the Newfoundland and the Caucasian Ovcharka and a few others.
Combining these breeds in the old fashioned way, with many test breedings and much hard work on the part of the “Red Star” kennels eventually produced the right combination of the characteristics desired by the government and the new breed, the Black Russian Terrier, was born. Since that time the Black Russian has gained in popularity in other countries and is now a member of the American Kennel club, registered as a member of the Working Group.
The appearance of the Black Russian Terrier is similar to that of a large and shaggy somewhat unkempt Giant Schnauzer. The coat is tousled with a hard outer coat and a dense soft undercoat, it should not have the well trimmed appearance of the Giant Schnauzer about the face, although it does have a beard and “eyebrows” which are long and very nearly cover all of the eyes. The head should have a tousled appearance and the coat should not have a wiry or harsh texture. Some trimming of the coat is allowed for the show ring . The only acceptable color of the Black Russian Terrier is as the name implies: black.
The nature of this dog is one of reliable guardianship. Without question this is a dog that should not be considered only a “pet” for he is by nature a dog meant to work. Without a job to do and adequate training from early on, this dog could very easily be destructive just because of boredom. He is high intelligent and eager to learn, he naturally possesses a strong protective instinct but should be controllable and reliable. This is a dog that should be self confident and laid back as an adult. As a youngster he requires early socialization and responsible training.
The Black Russian is also a long lived and healthy breed with few genetic conditions. As with all large dogs hip dysplasia should be guarded against. Furthermore the Black Russian Terrier Club of America also recommends that testing be done for cardiac conditions.

There are as many varied opinions on what “plan” one should
follow to build muscle, as there are people who have those
opinions. On one thing they do agree, however. You must have a
regimen. You can begin by defining your objective. Why are
you interested in body building? What do you hope to
accomplish? What is your ultimate goal?
It’s all about commitment and belief. There is an abundance of
information about how to begin and conduct your journey, but
without a burning desire to achieve, you are doomed to
inevitable failure.
The following tips are not intended to be a “one size fits all.”
Take from it what you will. In that light, consider the
following list:
1.Before beginning any serious weight lifting or body building
regimen, consult your physician.
2.Set your goals. Define what you expect to achieve with your
new bodybuilding campaign within a realistic time frame. If you
create goals that are unattainable you are setting yourself up
for failure. You can become bored, disappointed and
disillusioned to the point where you may give up. This is a very
sad outcome to what might have been the best decision of your
life. Don’t sell yourself short. Set your long-term goals, of
course, but also set short-term goals that are achievable. And,
don’t forget to reward yourself when you do achieve them.
3.Consider the costs. If you don’t already have a budget, create
one. Then, determine what amount of discretionary funds you have
available for your bodybuilding program. This will determine
whether you can afford to have a home gym or if your needs would
better be served by joining a club. Joining a club is still a
good short-term introduction before spending hundreds or
thousands of dollars on equipment that might not be appropriate
for your needs.
4.Don’t forget some of the low cost alternatives to purchasing
your bodybuilding equipment. If used equipment is still
functional why spend the extra dollars just for a little glitz!
Good, brand name used equipment is every bit as functional as
something right off a showroom floor.
5.Consider combining a home gym along with a membership in a
public facility. Purchase less expensive free weight equipment
for use at home and join a gym to have access to the more
expensive equipment. You can design your entire workout routines
around a combination such as this.
6.Eat healthy! This can’t be stressed enough. The only true
bodybuilding aids are good nutrition. Consult a licensed
dietician. Watch your local community calendar for free seminars
on diet and nutrition. Learn all you can about what nature
freely provides that can help you to develop a healthy diet.
7.If you choose to use dietary supplements, make certain that
you know what you are putting in your body. Follow the packaging
guidelines we outlined above. Ask your physician for his/her
recommendations based on the regimen you have selected. No
friend, coach or acquaintance can take the place of your
physician. In fact, you may even investigate finding a physician
who specializes in sports wellness.
8.Be kind to yourself. Yes, it’s important to push to achieve
your goals, but it’s very easy to tip the scales in the other
direction and create a nightmare for yourself. Obsessive,
compulsive behaviors are not conducive to a healthy bodybuilding
lifestyle.

As the name suggests, a secured loan is a loan given to the borrower on a condition that he provides the lender with something as a security to the loan amount. Generally, the security offered is the borrower’s home. The property pledged as the security is called collateral.
Secured loans are not risky for the lenders since they have something from which they can recover their loan amount, if the borrower fails to repay. For this reason, secured loans are offered at lower interest rates than the unsecured ones.
Secured loans are easier to get because of the collateral offered. The ability to offer collateral makes the secured loan accessible to a whole lot of persons. People who are otherwise unable to prove their creditworthiness can get a secured loan if they have something to offer as collateral for the loan.
Secured loans can be taken for a wide variety of purposes; in fact, any type of financial need can be fulfilled via a secured loan. Debt consolidation is one of the most popular reasons why people take a secured loan.
Depending on the value of collateral offered the loan amount can range from £3,000 to £50,000. The lenders are not hesitant to offer a higher amount. If they are satisfied that the collateral is of a sufficiently high value, they can even consider lending £100,000 or more.
The repayment options available with secured loans vary with lenders. Generally, they are based on agreement between the borrower and the lender. Repayment period might range between three years to twenty five years. A prepayment penalty may be charged if you repay the loan earlier than the agreed period.
The process of getting a secured loan has many costs associated with it. Since, collateral is under question, the lender has to satisfy himself whether the value of collateral is sufficiently high or not. If the collateral is your home then he might have to get your property valued and this will incur some valuation charges. Solicitor’s fees to prepare the legal agreement, the conveyance to the property site and office charges are also included in the cost of getting a secured loan.
The process of applying for
Secured Loans is quite easy. Nowadays, many lenders are having their own websites. A borrower can submit an online application for such a loan request. He can also submit his application over a phone or into any of their offices.
The process of getting approval for a secured loan is a little longer than the unsecured ones. The cause of the delay is the valuation of the property or collateral. The paperwork that has to be done in pledging the collateral also takes time. Lenders will also take the help of credit rating agencies to get a clear picture of your credit history. All these formalities will be completed within few weeks and you can hear about you loan within 30 days of applying.
Every lending institution has a legal obligation to inform you about the interest they will charge on your loan. The APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the most suitable indicator of this factor. The APR charged from you will depend upon your creditworthiness and equity in the property. The borrower should try to get the loan with lowest APR since it will help him pay the loan easily.
Taking a loan is a legal process and brings financial liability to the borrower. While taking a loan, a credit agreement has to be signed; the terms and condition of which are binding on both the borrower and the lender. This fact itself should encourage the borrower to get into the minutest details of the loan agreement and get everything clear before signing on the dotted line.

If you haven’t fished before, you don’t know what you’re
missing. If you did, you would be a fisherperson.
Not only does it bring you closer to nature, there’s the thrill
of the catch. Imagine standing on the bank of a stream on a
beautiful day, your rod bending under the weight of a good
catch. This one’s a fighter and you take your time, allowing the
fish to tire itself out before reeling it to shore. When you
finally land it, you realize you’ve just caught the biggest fish
of your life. It’s a great feeling and you’ll never know until
you give fishing a try. We are located near world class
flyfishing at the Madison, Jefferson and Beaverhead Rivers.
If you want to learn to fish, here are 5 easy ways:
* Ask a family member or friend who is an experienced angler to
take you along the next time they go fishing — they will be
thrilled to have a new fishing buddy. At the Fish Creek House,
you can fish right here in Fish Creek
* Research online — there are hundreds of websites with
instructions on fishing gear, bait, and fishing tips
* Go to your local library and check out how-to fishing books
and magazines
* Any time of year… foul weather gear is essential.. Weather
systems move through the front range of the Rockies in a hurry.
It can snow in June and I have seen it snow in early September.
Generally, shorts and wading sandals are the norm in late June,
July and August - but remember there are no guarantees in life.
This definitely applies with Montana’s weather. A good system of
layers is recommended, a lightweight fleece/windstopper is
priceless, and a raincoat of some sort should be mandatory.
* If you go on vacation in fishing country (which is darn near
anywhere), check with local fishing stores — they often know
local professionals who will teach you how to fish. We work with
local guides and outfitters and can arrange a day on the water
When To Go Fishing
Anytime is a good time to fish; you never know what you might
catch.
Some species are more active near dawn and dusk when they are
feeding, while others will bite any time of the day.
Certain times of the year are best for certain species. Fishing
is a pastime you can enjoy all year round.
Getting Your License
Fishing licenses are required in most places, which you can buy
at fishing tackle stores or Conservation and Wildlife Centers.
The cost varies by location. Licenses for children are usually
not required.
If you want to fish on private property, be sure to get
permission from the owner. Otherwise it is trespassing.
Pack Up And Head Out
If you’ve read this far, it may be a sign you’re getting
interested in fishing. Just follow the above instructions and
soon you will be enjoying your favorite new hobby. Let us get
you into the fish of a lifetime to make a Montana memory…

Diabetes mellitus is a disorder in which the pancreas fails to secrete sufficient insulin or the body’s decreased ability to use insulin. Diabetes mellitus is Greek for ‘a passing through of sweetness’ which refers to the passing of sugar rich urine, a characteristic of the disease. It is a very serious disorder, sometimes fatal and is the leading cause of death in Western society because of its damage to the cardiovascular system.
In a healthy body food is digested to release glucose into the blood. This causes beta cells in the pancreas to release insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin helps in the transportation of glucose from the blood to the liver and muscle cells. This can then be released later into the blood for metabolism. If the pancreas fails to produce sufficient amounts of insulin or if there is insulin resistance then diabetes will set in.
There are two types of diabetes, Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) also known as juvenile-onset diabetes, type 1 diabetes and Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) also known as maturity-onset diabetes, type 2 diabetes. Both environmental and genetic factors contribute to both forms of diabetes mellitus but the exact cause of diabetes mellitus is unknown. In both types, excess sugar in the blood known as hyperglycemia needs to be removed by the kidneys. Excessive thirst, frequent urination and hunger are the symptoms.
Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) also known as maturity-onset diabetes, type 2 because it typically occurs in obese people over 35 years of age, although some obese children have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes due to lack of exercise and poor diet. The clinical symptoms of NIDDM are mild, and the high glucose levels can be controlled by exercise, weight loss, diet and sometimes a drug like glyburide (DiaBeta) is used to stimulate the pancreatic beta cells to produce insulin. Some type 2 diabetics have sufficient amounts of insulin in the blood and diabetes happens not because of shortage of insulin but because cells become desensitized due to down-regulation of insulin receptors. Ketosis rarely develops in NIDDM.
Eating foods containing carbohydrates such as rice, potatoes, bread and cereals will raise blood sugar and insulin levels. This sugar raising effect of a food is called ‘the glycaemic index’ and it measure how quickly the carbohydrate is absorbed by the body. Individuals whose diet consists of a high amount of sugary foods and foods with high glycaemic index are more prone to develop type 2 diabetes. Those whose diet consists of a high amount of foods which have a low glycaemic index are at low risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Typical foods with a low glycaemic index are oats, fruit, beans and peas. To prevent or control type 2 diabetes it is best to avoid processed and snack foods which are typically high in sugar and eat high fibre whole foods such as oats, fruits, vegetables and seeds which have a low glycaemic index, regular exercise to reduce excess weight is also very important. Taking high fibre supplements such as psyllium, guar gum, oat bran, pectin, glucomannan and fenugreek seeds has shown to be beneficial to those suffering from type 2 diabetes. Stopping smoking and cutting down on alcohol will be beneficial to the diabetic.
The following supplements may help if you are suffering from Type 2 Diabetes.
