If your enemy knows you are using stealth and their radars will not work on that. They may choose other options such as cell tower frequency circle disruptions or other such techniques. They may also choose to use some sort of heat signature device. But there might be a way to fool such a system and get your enemy to launch on a phantom decoy heat signature using two lasers from two different points.

Consider Chemical Lasers that are airborne and very high-energy. Well if you take an Argon laser and a CO2 Laser and you point them at each others path they will combine and the collision of all those molecules will cause a secondary reaction and if the heat is ramped up sufficiently it will cause an anomaly in your enemies defense sensor system.

Once the enemy launches surface-to-air-missiles at the anomaly, we simply pin-point location, in a split second and redirect the lasers using a BLOS reflector staged on a stealth blimp and take out that new target. If we do this is quick succession, then the enemies aerial defense strategy and all their hard ware is toast before the real war even begins.

Is this technology even available yet? Indeed it is and the United States of America has it and it is ready to rip. Not only could this strategy work, but just having it makes the enemy hesitate because they have no idea if the signature on the radar is mass deception, fast moving incoming missile or stealth to deliver ordinance or merely a mirage decoy in the sky? If you are still unsure about getting the correct exposure, there is a cheap but very effective device called an 18% grey card that can limit your frustration, if used correctly.

When light falls upon a certain object; if the object is too dark your camera or meter will automatically give you an over-exposed reading. This also happens when we take a reading from something that is too

bright - the meter gives us an under-exposed reading.

We need to find a mid-tone object for our meters to read the proper exposure.

Sometimes if we are taking pictures in a high contract scene a mid-tone object is impossible to find. 18 % grey is the mid-tone between pure white and pure black.

An 18% grey card will record the exact light that will touch any object. Start by placing the grey card where you are going to take your reading, point your camera or light meter at the grey card - your meter should read the exact light that falls upon the card.

These cards can be used for all types of photography. If you are taking a portrait place the grey card beside the subjects’ face. This will give you an exact reading and help to capture perfect skin tones.

We don’t need to understand the full science of how this works, but knowing a little doesn’t hurt. All light-meters are calibrated to produce an exposure of 18% The grey card reflects the exact same reading.

This card only costs a few Euro, and most decent camera stores should sell them. The 18% grey card should become an important part of your equipment. The grey card can be used if you shoot with digital or film cameras, and whether you use black and white or colour film.

July is a hot monthsweating

Summer kept us busy, building
A medical clinic, in the mountains….

A new life, for the dried-up village.
With only a shower of sun-beams
(Resting) coming over my shoulders

I stopped work to rest;
The others (young) kept working in the sun,
They all got sickbed-ridden.
And my teammates became frightened.

(Night comes)

A heap of fragmented images
Where the sun-beams used to beat
(And the dried up foliage gave no shelter)

Gave-way, to the sounds of crickets
And night’s voodoo drums.
Shadows from rocksextended out
Seemed to shout, shouttalk!…

I never knew what they were thinking

What is a small cap stock? First of all, “cap” is short for capitalization. Capitalization means the market price of an entire company, calculated by multiplying the number of shares outstanding by the price per share. Some people define a small cap stock as one with a market cap of less than $1 billion. But I like to define them as ones with a market cap of under $500 million.

Over time, small cap stocks perform better than large cap stocks. The record is clear about that. However, in reading the commentary offered by investment pundits and Wall Street analysts there seems to be a heavy dose of skepticism about whether small stocks are appropriate for a significant percentage of an individual investor’s portfolio.

One reason for this skepticism is risk. It is true that small cap stocks are much more volatile than their big cap brethren. So in that sense, there is more risk involved. But there is also an attitude among the investment elite that the individual investor is too unsophisticated to handle risk. Therefore, individuals must be protected from themselves by limiting their small cap investments to a small percentage of an overly diversified portfolio.

The last thing that Wall Street types want to do is empower you to make your own decisions. After all, if you’re calling your own shots you don’t need to pay for their advice, do you? And since Wall Street doesn’t cover small stocks, it’s in their best interest to steer you away from small stock investing.

But the truth of the matter is that it’s the very reason that Wall Street doesn’t want you to focus on small cap stocks that gives you an advantage. Analysts for big investment firms don’t cover the little stocks. There are just too many of them and they are too small and illiquid for their big institutional clients to buy. And since many small stocks aren’t adequately covered, they can be very inefficiently priced. That inefficiency offers a great opportunity to those who are willing to do the research to uncover hidden gems.

Super-star investor, Warren Buffett, has written, “Observing that the market was frequently efficient, the theorists went on to conclude incorrectly that the market was always efficient. The difference between the propositions is night and day.”

Buffett is saying that smart investors can find opportunities in stocks that are priced below their value.

However, if you think you’re going to get an edge by investing in Wall Mart, Microsoft, General Electric, and the like, you’re just kidding yourself. Those stocks have been analyzed to death by teams of Wall Street analysts. What is known about them is already priced into the stock. There is no way you’re going to be able to uncover information that is not already widely known by everyone else.

That’s not true with small cap stocks. If you do your homework, you can find some really undervalued investment opportunities. You do have to manage your risk. But that’s always the case in any investment you make. So don’t let the financial media and Wall Street elites keep you from using the biggest advantage that you have over them — the ability to find investment opportunities that they can’t take advantage of. And you’re going to be able to find those opportunities within the ranks of small cap stocks.

Simply speaking, a domain name is a website address. For example, “city4u.com” is the address of the City For You, which is also the site’s domain name. In this example, http//www.city4u.com, i.e. the complete web address, is called the URL or Uniform Resource Locator.

A domain name has three levels. The first one is the “extension” part of the name, i.e. “.com.” The “extension” is known as the “top level domain” (TLD), comprised of generic (.com, .org etc.), country code (”.us”, “.uk” etc.) and infrastructure domains. The second level is “city4u.com.” while the third is “www.city4u.com.”

Before looking for your domain name, you should consider these factors. First, try to use your site’s name as the basis of your domain name as far as possible. If the URL contains your name, customers will easily find you. It is very tough to register a generic domain like biscuits.com as most of them have already gone. Equally difficult is getting ranked in the search engines. Better choose a domain like creambiscuits.com to reduce competition. It may be comparatively easier to register hyphenated names but the hyphens may be forgotten as well.

In case you find the .com or .co.in extension not available, consider instead the .net or .biz. If your domain name is already registered, contact the owner and ask if they’ll sell. In most cases a domain name will be free in the plural but not in the singular form. Although a short domain name is easy to remember, it is less likely to be available. A longer domain, however, can contain more keywords that are useful. If you find your preferred domain name not available, you can always try a prefix or a suffix.

You can find basic information about TLDs at ICANN’s Introduction to Top Level Domains, and information about country code TLDs from Root-Zone Whois Index. However, as there is no single database that lists the owners of all domain names, you will have to search a number of databases.
